The role and what you’ll be getting up to on a day to day basis: 

Littlefish Microsoft Business Solutions team is seeking a Senior M365 Consultant - SharePoint and Purview Specialist. This role will report directly to the M365 Productivity & Engagement Practice Manager and will work closely with Clients, Team Leads, Technical Consultants, Resource Managers and Developers across the business to ensure practice goals and objectives are met. The Senior M365 Consultant - SharePoint and Purview Specialist role is a client facing role whose main goal is to deliver maximum value to our Clients.  

The Senior M365 Consultant - SharePoint and Purview Specialist will have a growth mindset and strive for excellence both for their projects and their colleagues with a lasered Client centric focus. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of shaping, managing, and optimising M365/SharePoint environments for our clients. You’ll advise on best practices including designing robust site structures, implementing metadata strategies, and ensuring seamless content lifecycle management across complex environments that empower organisations to collaborate and innovate effectively. 

A significant part of your responsibilities will centre on leveraging Microsoft Purview to apply and maintain governance, security, and compliance standards. You will configure Purview policies to safeguard sensitive information, monitor data usage, and support regulatory requirements, working closely with stakeholders to embed a culture of secure and compliant information management. 

Additionally, you’ll help organisations unlock the potential of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, guiding them through the integration of AI-driven tools that enhance productivity, automate workflows, and surface critical insights. You’ll consult with teams on Copilot readiness, adoption, develop use cases, and support the creation and management of custom copilots tailored to unique business needs.

• Deliver value to our prestigious clients by designing, building, and delivering solutions based on the M365 suite
• Working across many clients, you will develop strong relationships and gain a deep understanding of their business operations and challenges
• Share technical knowledge across engagements, allowing clients to benefit from your extensive experience in various sectors and solutions
• Assist with or lead pre-sales engagements and contribute to building solution roadmaps that clearly align clients' organisational goals and pain points to desired outcome
• Leverage your excellent communication and presentation skills and act as a committed team player to ensure successful project outcomes

• Are you a strong team player, sharing knowledge and collaborates easily with all internal stakeholders?

• Are you willing to get creative and innovative on solutions and offers alternative solutions to the different problems that may appear?

This is a client-facing role, so the following are essential

• Strong understanding and consulting experience on M365/SharePoint Online
• Strong experience working with MS Purview to apply governance, security and compliance controls effectively
• Strong experience with SharePoint content migrations (and experience with some of the following tools Sharegate, SharePoint Migration Tool, MS Migration Manager)
• Experience with Copilot, Copilot Readiness, Copilot Studio would be advantageous
• Experience rolling out document and records management solutions, intranets and business process solutions with M365 or SharePoint environments
• Experience conducting workshops to elicit solution requirements
• Experience with and/or exposure to support the following would be desirable
• Development experience with the SharePoint framework
• Project Management experience
• Experience training end users in some of the following technologies:  SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Purview, Copilot, OneDrive, PowerApps, PowerAutomate
• Must be eligible for full Security Clearance
